I'm a mindfulness coach and yoga teacher with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I am currently completing a holistic health coaching qualification, and in my spare time, I work as a corporate lawyer!
I’m a typical A - type personality. Very good at doing. At getting s**t done. Just ‘being’ doesn’t come quite so easily to me.
I initially found mindfulness as coping mechanism for workplace stress and career and life direction indecision. An antidote to help counteract the physical and mental effects of my tendency to try and do a thousand things at once!
But as my practice has deepened over time, my life as a whole has powerfully transformed. This positive shift has lead my career path to wind away from the law and into the holistic wellbeing space.
As cliched as it sounds, discovering mindfulness has changed my life. And I can’t think of anything more exciting than sharing this incredible tool with others.
